What type of Lock do I need for my storage unit?

When you rent your storage unit from Econo Storage we provide you with a Lock to secure your unit.  One of the perks is not having to worry about your first lock for your unit.  We have the right sized locks for your needs.

Can I hook up my freezer or fridge in the unit?

A.

We do NOT allow the use of appliances such as Freezers/Chest Freezers or Refrigerators in the units.  We do have a light available for your convienience in the unit but that is the ONLY acceptable and allowed accessory in the Unit.  If we find that your using it for one of the aformentioned you will be responsible for the fees.

When is my monthly payment due?

Your monthly payment is due on the same day of the month that you rent the unit.

When can I go to my Unit?

A.

The facility is open 24/7 365 days a year.  Feel free to access your unit when you need to.

Do you insure my property?

A.

No unfortunatly we do not insure your worldly possessions.  We highly recomend you get rental unit insurance from your home or auto insurance provider. Our insurance covers the cost of the buildings, not the contents within the buildings.

Do NOT Store…

A.

We recommend that you do not store any foods that can spoil and become rotten.  Even that box of Ramen soup if it gets wet will spoil.  Please do not store meat or any other types of foods that will spoil in your unit.

What forms of payment do we accept?

A.

In an effort to keep your rental fees low we currently only accept check and cash payments.   We do plan on offering Credit Card payments in the not to distant future.  When we do this, you will also be able to log in and make your payment online.
